A lot of experts would have you believe that
fast weight loss is next to impossible, but it all depends on how you look
at it. Now losing 10 pounds a day is absolutely ridiculous but a pound a week
can be achieved very easily.
These fast weight loss tips will help you make better decisions and help you
lose weight at a faster rate than you are right now.
It’s quite simple actually… Implement these tips and you’ll definitely
experience fast weight loss without starving yourself.
• You should be drinking lots of water throughout the day. The United States
Food Pyramid recommends 8 glasses of water per day but you must remember that
this is the minimum amount and if you are actively involved in physical training
or sports you will need to increase this amount significantly.
• Eat every meal slower than you normally would. Take smaller bites and chew
each mouth full longer. After each bite, put your fork down and concentrate on
the taste of the food. As soon as you feel full… stop eating.
• Stop drinking soda pop and any other drinks with a lot of sugar. Even if the
drink is labeled as diet it still has enormous amounts of calories from the
different processes it goes through, the preservatives and the coloring syrup.
When a label says no-sugar or low-sugar, what they really mean is no extra sugar
added.
• Drink 2 glasses of ice water the minute you get up every morning as well as
doing this before each meal. This will cause you to eat less before you feel
full and will help monitor your meal portions to a more realistic level.
• Carry fruit and little snacks with you, wherever you go. Take veggies to work
with you and don’t forget to take a few bottles of water. This way you’ll never
be caught hungry without having something readily available that is actually
good for you.
These are just a few quick tips to
help you with your fast weight loss journey. Implement these small changes and
you should start to see results within the first week. I also recommend you read
