Over the years I've personally struggled with weight loss issues and eventually gave in to some good old fashion physical weight training, a good balanced diet and a lot of blanched almonds, fruits and vegetables.

 

Mmm... blanched almonds (LOL)

 

Trying to lose weight can be a real struggle and with all the different weight loss programs on the market today it can be very confusing for most people to try and pick one that will actually work for them.

 

You may be one of those people were nothing has ever worked in the past no matter what you try, no matter what you eat or how much water you drink.
